I had such an incredible experience thanks to Lola and her truly exceptional service. She was beyond accommodating, lovely, and charming, and her genuine warmth made the entire visit so much more memorable. The food was already absolutely delicious, but Lola’s thoughtful attention and care elevated the experience and made everything feel truly outstanding. The service matched the quality of the food and the beautiful atmosphere perfectly — attentive, welcoming, and sincere without ever feeling anything less than natural. I’m so grateful to Lola in particular for making the experience so special. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality are exactly what make a wonderful meal unforgettable. Thank you, Lola, for such a fantastic experience!

It was our first time at Boucherie, and definitely not the last one. We ordered the French onion soup and the beef tartare. The soup was delicious with perfectly browned cheese on top. The beef tartare was very well seasoned, fresh, and delicious, I definitely recommend ordering a large portion. Servers are very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Good food & good service (but slow)! Moderate noise level and good music. French onion soup was the winner here. We also had escargot (very good) and the steak sandwich (which tasted essentially like the French onion soup again). The fries were excellent. Drinks were okay.

Came here for lunch alone this afternoon. Food was amazing and Tauhid my server was so attentive. One of my favorite restaurants in NYC! Great for breakfast lunch or dinner. Great indoor and outdoor seating options. I love this restaurant for a lunch alone, girls evening or a group dinner. Food and service is always 10/10.

Great all around! I loved the food, and the presentation was so thoughtful and detailed. The drinks were reasonably priced, especially during happy hour, and there were so many great drink and snack options to choose from. The service was excellent from start to finish. Michelle and Timmy were awesome and made the experience even better. Can't wait to come back with a big group!

A decent French bistro chain near the Hudson Square area. It's overall find for a business lunch, but I can't say that I was particularly impressed by any of the food. The burger was cooked well, but lacking in flavor as it was underseasoned. I feel that same way with many of the appetizers. The desserts were probably the best points of the meal overall. The chocolate mousse was decadent and had a deep comically flavor. The service was overall very good as they servers were attentive, however there is a high chance that this is due to being one of the only 2 groups for lunch that particular day. Overall, is not a bad place if you need a safe choice of you're in the area.

This was our first time at Boucherie in West Village. To begin, the atmosphere is very busy, very loud, and very geared towards very young people. But that's the nature of the neighborhood, and the service was absolutely stellar, for which our warm thanks. The dinner was good, though with a few small flaws. The steak must have been done for a while when the fries weren't ready yet before reaching our table because the garlic butter had almost completely melted and the fries were not crispy, not as crispy in any case as the fries that came with the mussels. The pepper sauce was good, though overall the steak tasted very salty. The profiteroles was superb.

Went for our birthdays to celebrate and Roberto took real good care of us. The Steak aux Oeufs and Norwegian Eggs were amazing. At the end we had a dessert but they were so generous and put candles and didn't make us pay for the dessert. We had such an amazing brunch and Roberto and the staffs were very professional and made the experience exquisite.
